It comes from the primary SEO company in the Local Internet Marketing space. Sadly enough they charge a monthly fee and from all accounts that aren't on their site they don't do a very good job. If you want to rank for "Des Moines, Iowa rock collecting society" you don't need to be paying $400-$2000 a month for SEO services. Instead you just need to learn what a keyword is and how to rank for things. After that do a little work. By The way for a keyword phrase like that it does not take much at all. Instead of $400+ a month how about 1 hour once. It's an obvious choice.
